A variation of granite from the UK, this sample is composed of the minerals quartz and feldspar with additional crystals of biotite and muscovite flakes, which can easily be seen even with the naked eye. The muscovite is identified as the 'gold' clear mineral, whereas the biotite is completely black. These samples come from Cornwall in the south west of England, UK. Each specimen is supplied in a labelled card tray.
