Rhexoxylon africanum is a rare species of seed fern found in Gokwe, Zimbabwe, Africa. These fossil specimens are dated to the Triassic period, existing 237 million years ago. These excellent samples exhibit the fossil in slices and are excellent for both educational use to view the internal structure of flora as well as for aesthetic purposes.

Display specimens of cut and polished Rhexoxylon africanum, a rare seed fern from Gokwe, Zimbabwe, Africa. These sections have been dated to the Triassic period, Molteno Formation. The specimens have been cut and polished giving a clear view of their internal structure, this also gives the pieces a beautiful appearance as the different shades within the specimen result in a wonderful aesthetic. The samples are provided with an information label and are a must have for any fossil collector due to their rarity. Two specimens are available: Specimen 1 - 421 grams - 17.5 x 14.9 x 1.2 cm Specimen 2 - 389 grams - 21 x 10 x 1.2 cm
