Soil Augers

Soil augers are pieces of equipment designed for drilling soil and fine gravel. They often use a helical screw blade which pushes up the soil being dug into. Some augers also use long cylinders or half cylinders which allow users to collect a long intact sample of soil with out breaking it up, often useful when sampling for earth science interests and dating material. In this section you will find our range of manual operated augers often popular for small scale sampling and for universities as well as mechanical driven earth augers often used for larger scale operations along with all necessary accessories which may be required.
