Fossil Teeth
Fossil teeth have long been a popular fossil sample to give to children or for use in teaching. They give us unique clues about the animals mouth they used to be a part of. They can tell scientists if the animal was a herbivore and ate plants, a carnivore eating meat and other animals, they even allow paleontologists to asses weather the animal was suited to attack it’s prey or scavenge left over food. We stock a large range of teeth from shark teeth, prehistoric fish teeth, to dinosaurs & marine reptile teeth.
