Specimens of aquamarine beryl found in Portugal. Beryl is a mineral composed of beryllium aluminium cyclosilicate Be3Al2(Si O3)6.Found most commonly in granite pegmatites & sometimes mica schists. It's name is derived from a combination of languages which allude to the attractiveness of the mineral in it's gem grade quality e.g. aquamarine & emerald. These samples are from Portugal and have a pale green colour. Specimens are supplied as either roughly 1 cm pieces in a small magnifier box or 2 - 3 cm pieces in a large magnifier box, all specimens come with a information label.
