Crackling geodes are agate geodes which have been cut, polished and have calming colours to them, they are excellent for children over the age of 5 or as gifts. Specimens are supplied in a polythene bag with an information label.
These small geodes are cut and polished to create a smooth any shiny surface which exposes the quartz crystals inside. The geodes vary in size however they measure approximately 4 x 2 x 2 cm and weigh approximately 25 g. Due to their small size, polished cut surfaces and colours, they are excellent for children ages 5 and up, especially if they are beginning to show an interest of gemstones and geology. Specimens are supplied in a polythene bag with an information label.
