Echinolampas appendiculata is an extinct genus of echinoid species from the echinolampas family, they are fairly small in size, ranging between 2 to 3 cm in diameter. These particular specimens have been professionally prepped and cleaned of matrix, they are an off white/cream colour and come from New Bern in Southern Carolina, USA.The fossils are of Eocene age, dating them to approx 56 – 33 million years old. Each specimen will be supplied in a small polythene bag with an information label.
