Handy Explorer map case made with rip stop polyester, featuring a compact size when closed and fairly adequate when opened, the case features velcro pockets for pencils, compasses and whistles as well as a large waterproof map viewing window and a large zipped pocket. Available in black, it also comes with a shoulder strap, ideal for use by hikers and for field studies.

The Explorer map case is made from ripstop polyester fabric and is water resistant, ensuring that it will stand up to the rigours of outdoor use, what ever the weather. It features a large zipped accessory pocket, a compass, whistle and pencil compartments as well as a standard waterproof map panel which is 25 x 27 cm in size for viewing your map and notes. The strap is adjustable and detachable, should you wish to keep the case in your rucksack, in all, an excellent map case, which is not too small and not to big, but just right for a variety of field uses.
