Fluorescent apatite specimens from Madagascar. Exhibiting an electric blue hue, these specimens have a crystalline texture and are in a massive form, these samples also exhibit fluorescent properties. While viewed under normal lighting conditions, the crystals are blue in colour, however, when exposed to shortwave UV lighting they fluoresce a pale green colour with slight inclusions purple. These pieces are ideal for educational use but would also make a great addition to any mineral collection, they are supplied in a 1.5″ x 1.5″ white card tray with an information label.

Calcite rhombs are the massive forms of calcite crystals, exhibiting the rhombic (cubic) crystal nature excellently.
