The slab has been fully polished on the front and edges and measures 45cm x 42cm at it’s widest points. Supplied With a free metal stand for displaying it on. A fossil specimen of the fossil rugose coral phillipsastrea ananas found in Ramlia, Southern Morocco. The specimen is from the Devonian period and is approximately 350/360 m years old.

A fascinating display piece of an Ichthyosaur Vertebrae, collected from Abingdon, Oxfordshire in the UK. This specimen is from the genus Brachypterygius, and dates to approximately 157 – 152 Ma. Ichthyosaur’s are an order of large ancient marine reptiles, that went extinct around 95 million years ago. This is an example of one if its vertebrae, which is a group of individual bones which interlock to form the spinal column. This superb specimen measures approximately 9 x 9 x 3cm at its widest and longest points. It measures approximately 400 grams. Due to the valuble nature of our display pieces, they will all be shipped via courier only. Supplied with an information label.

Aegasteroceras Saggitarium fossil ammonite specimen found at Scunthorpe, north Lincolnshire, UK.
