The dutch soil auger is a variation of an auger head which is more suited for collecting soil samples instead of simply making holes in sediment. The head fits to the GS range of soil augers and is 20 cm in length and 3.5 cm in diameter. The head is made from carbon steel and allows you to easily collect disturbed soil samples in heavily rooted areas.

150 mm steel cast soil auger head for use on coarse soil and gravel soil.
1 meter long soil auger extension rod increases the length of your soil auger by a further 1000 mm to obtain deeper sediment samples.
T bar shaped handle for use on GS soil augers, allows you to dig deeper for soil samples or twist the auger.
