Poliella anteros is a trilobite which lived in the middle of the Cambrian period, during this period, trilobites were the main fauna present. The fossil is on a limestone matrix which measures 7 x 6.5 cm while the actual trilobite measures 3 cm in length. As with many specimens of this age it is black in colour, it was found in the Metaline formation, a formation of limestone in Meatline Falls, Pende Oreille County, Washington, USA.
