Quartz crystal points, small in size which are A grade quality, the crystals show excellent termination of a quartz crystal as expected and are crystal clear as they are of high quality. These specimens are ideally suited for higher educational use where multiple specimens may be required for a class to observe or for collectors who are after excellent specimens to add to their collection. They are small approximately 3 to 5 cm in length. Quartz is one of the most common minerals found on the surface of earth, a silica mineral and is found as a common constituent in many rocks. It has many other variations depending on chemistry of colour such as amethyst, citrine, jasper, agate and more. These particular crystals come from Madagascar and come supplied in a polythene bag with an information label. Available by weight in 100g or 1kg bags.

Rock crystal mineral specimens from Madagascar, part of the quartz family of minerals, rock crystal is the clear or transparent variation of quartz, the most common mineral at the earths surface. These samples may show a conchoidal fracture and are suitable for collectors, enthusiast or educational use. Supplied in a card tray with an information label.
Quartz crystals from Madagascar, these mineral specimens are large in sizes, between 10 to 15 cm, as they are B grade, they are not completely transparent, but cloudy and they still show the termination of the points and crytsal system. Ideally suited for educational use if large numbers are required for students to observe.
Stunning red quartz (Hematoide) over a calcite matrix collected from Jebel Saghro in Morocco. This unique variety of quartz owes its red colour to very fine hematite inclusions which have become incorporated into the quartz mass. Naturally the intensity of the red varies in these specimens dependent on the purity of the quartz; some samples exhibit a paler red while others exhibit a deep red colour. Available in two sizes, each specimen is supplied in a card tray with an information label.
Quartz crystals from Madagascar, these mineral specimens are large in size, ranging between 5 to 10 cm. We characterize them as B grade, as they are not completely transparent, but cloudy and slightly iron stained whilst still showing the termination of the points and crystal system. Ideally suited for educational or lapidary use if large numbers of crystals are required.
Moss Agate mineral specimens from India, deep green in colour due to the presence of chrome and iron mineral impurities, this chalcedony mineral breaks with a conchoidal fracture, has a glassy texture and can have sharp edges, caution is advised. Available in various sizes, this well known mineral has been used in the past as a gemstone as it takes a high polish, natural specimens, they will come supplied in a card tray with an information label.
Halite mineral specimens from the Boulby mine in Redcar, North Yorkshire, UK. Halite is a salt mineral and has a cubic crystal system and vitreous lustre, these specimens are rough and available in various sizes, suitable for educational use, supplied in a card tray with a label.

Galena with massive baryte from Morocco, showing the two contrasting colours of the off white baryte and metallic blue galena mineral specimens together, both are quite dense yet extremely fragile, these samples were collected from Morocco and available in 3 sizes.
Native copper ore mineral specimens from the famous Keweenaw copper deposits of Mitchigan, U.S.A. The specimens have a heavy red-orange metallic specimens with streaks of blue-green oxidation and a wiry crystal habit. Available in a range of sizes.
Massive specular hematite from Brazil, black colouration and metallic lustre which gives the crystals a sparkling appearance. These particular specimens are of specularite crystals in a massive form, therefore the samples have a highly crystalline texture. They come from Brazil and give off a metallic shimmer when held under certain lighting. Available in various sizes and supplied in card tray with an information label.
Chalcedony mineral specimens from Morocco, the pieces belong to the quartz family of minerals and is very similar to carnelian, even having a waxy lustre, although it tends to have a botryoidal crystal habit. The pieces are blue, white, red and orange and available in various sizes, supplied in a card tray with an information label.
Magnesite mineral specimens from Greece, the samples are an off white colour and exhibit a somewhat botryoidal texture, formed around ultramafic rocks and metamorphic zones, these specimens are limited and will come supplied in a card tray with a data label.
Specimens of Salt Pseudomorphs on a limy matrix, collected from the Triassic Aust Cliff in Avon, UK. Salt Pseudomorphs serve as important inicators of paleoenvironmental conditions. They typically form in semi arid (dry) climates, where saline water evaporates, which leaves behind cubic salt crystals. These salt crystals later dissolve, occasionally preserving their cubic imprints These specimens are available in multiple sizes and come supplied in a white card tray with an information label.
