Excellent smithsonite mineral specimens from the famous Sheshodonell East Mine which show a botryoidal crystal habit and a yellow to green colouration, as expected. The site, which is in The Burren, County Clare, Republic of Ireland has been picked over, as such, pieces from this locality are very rare to come by and are especially popular with serious mineral collectors. Our samples also contain small occurrences of galena and fluorite, with the majority of the specimens being solid (massive) while some appear to be on a tufa matrix. Excellent and rare specimens which should not be missed out on, available in various sizes and supplied in a card tray with an information label.
