The microscope emits a transmitted light source via a 6 volt, 30 watt halogen bulb, has an adjuster, trinocular head and many more high end features to enable users to continue their research smoothly and accurately.
A high end microscope with an array of features more suited for industrial use, scientific and on site research where only the highest of accuracy is required. The XPL3200 is a polarising, trinocular microscope with a magnification range of 40X to 600X by utilising a pair of 10X eyepieces with a crosshair and 4 infinity corrected, plan achromatic, strain-free, centerable objectives with 5X, 10X, 40X and 60X magnification, giving you an excellent range to work with. As expected, a microscope of this calibre also comes with a 360° rotatable stage. However, also featured, are 1/4 & 1 wavelength retardation plates which helps the user with assessment of optical path differences in birefringent specimens. A bertrand lens is also installed, which allows the device to align the various optical components. Also included as standard are a retractable analyser in the head and rotatable polarisers. The transmitted light source is emitted via a 6 volt, 30 watt halogen light with a coarse and fine focus adjuster and a limit stopper. This model really is top of the range at an affordable price, with a vast range of features, it can be used in sectors including geology, mineralogy, educational earth science, metallurgical research and more.
