The Dino-Lite AM7013MZT4 is a Digital Microscope, which produces 5MP images (2592×1944 image size). It includes a polarization functions and boasts impressive x400 magnification optics, making it the model with the highest magnification in the Dino-Lite range.
Also included with the AM7013MZT4 are 8 white light emitting LED’s, which greatly enhance the viewing experience of any user and allow you to see every aspect of what you are observing. This feature is especially helpful when analysing rock, fossil and mineral samples which sometimes have areas, which can only be seen clearly with the aid of extra lighting.
The AM7013MZT operates by connecting to any computer via a USB 2.0 cable, with the integrated 5MP sensor, the AM70 range produces some of the highest quality images offered from the ‘Dino-Lite’ range and eliminate noise. An LED illumination function is also including enhancing any viewing, especially on minute crystal samples.
The polarization feature included is also adjustable and allows reflection/glare to be controlled when objects made of plastic, glass, metal and other highly reflective materials are being observed. The AM7013MZT can also be combined with the BL-ZW1 polarizing light base offering you a full-polarized light inspection solution.
Also included in the package is the software to operate the microscope on a computer, which also allows you to calibrate the microscope and take snap shot images, which can be saved on your computer.
Also available with the AM7013MZT4 is the ‘x2 magnification mode’, which sacrifices image quality (down to 1.3 mega pixels) but doubles the magnification range of the optics from 400x to 800x.
