Amethyst gemstone bottles, containing a fair amount of this quartz type mineral, which has been broken down into chip then tumbled and polished. The amethyst exhibits a calming, purlple colouration, slightly transluscent, allowing some light through, the pieces are roughly 1 to 3 mm in size and have no sharp edges. Amethyst belongs to the quartz family of minerals, others include citrine, jasper, agates and more. Each bottle is 55 x 30 mm in size and contains roughly 25 ml worth of chips. An excellent little gift for those interested in mineral or gemstones or as a stocking filler for the Christmas period, it is sure to be a winner, each bottle has a cork stopper to prevent loss of the pieces inside.
