Pyromorphite crytsals on a baryte matrix mineral specimens from Caldbeck Fells, Cumbria. The crystals are globular in formation with a dull green colour which is in contrast to the yellow or pink baryte matrix. When found in sufficient quantities, the mineral tends to be mined and used as lead ore. Available in various sizes and supplied in a card tray with a label.
Campo del Cielo meteorites found in Santiago Del Estero, Argentina. Comprised mostly of iron with small amounts of nickel, copper and trace elements, these metallic lustre meteorites are well sought after by many due to their economical costs and moderate sizes. Each specimen we have on offer is between 25 to 40 mm in size and comes supplied in a card tray with a label. Excellent specimens for educational use and collections.
Geo Marker marking spray for use within the building, construction road, civil engineering, surveying and mining sectors, this spray can be applied to asphalt, concrete, masonary, stone, plaster, wood and even earth whether the surface is wet or dry. Can be used in temperatures down to -20 °C, the spray can utilises a special cap which means 100% of the can will be emptied and won’t give you painted fingers, the paint will also last upto 9 months and can be applied to both wet and dry surfaces. Each can hold 500 ml of paint and is available in 9 bright fluorescent colours.
Molybdenite mineral specimens from Canada, similar in appearance to graphite, it is silver, has a metallic lustre and is the ore for molybdenum. Often found in hydrothermal veins our specimens are pure and small, thin around 1 inch in size and supplied in a polythene bag with an information card.
