Distichoceras bicostatum ammonite fossil collected from the Jurassic Oxford Clays of Woodham, Buckinghamshire, UK. Distichoceras is an extinct genus of ammonite which existed during Late Jurassic through to Late Cretaceous times. They were nektonic carvonivores which fell to the sea floor upon death. These examples were preserved within an oxygen starved deep marine shelf which gave rise to the Oxford Clay Formation. These specimens have evolute and relatively compressed shells which are feebly ribbed. Ribs become more prominent towards the venter and they end in prominent tubercles along the ventral margin. Two sizes are available: a particularly rare large specimen – 4 cm in diameter and small specimens which vary between 1 and 2 cm in diameter. Each specimen is supplied in a small plastic bag with an information label.

Harpoceras ammonite fossils found in Ilminster, Somerset, UK, these Jurassic period ammonites exhibited a typical coiled shell, though the ribbing is faint, they detail ammonitic suture lines upon closer inspection, varying in size, these particular species are beige cream colour and are available in a range of sizes and grades, supplied in a card tray with a label.

Cleoniceras is an extinct species of ammonite, dating to the lower Cretaceous period, over 102 million years ago. These specimens are examples of their shells that have been cut and polished in order to show their inner workings. These specimens include both Desmoceras and Cleoniceras which both lived during the Lower Cretaceous period, approximately 110 – 102 million years ago. Each section measures approximately 3cm and come packaged as a pair in a polythene bag with information label.
