They exhibit a pristine translucence that allows light to pass through, creating a mesmerising glow when held to the light. Each selenite pencil measures approximately 14cm in height and 4cm in width whilst being smooth and well weighted. This makes them easy to hold whilst remaining promenant enough to stand out as a decorative piece. They all feature a flat, hexagonal base, making them easy to stand on a range of surfaces. Since these items are made from 100% natural selenite, it is common to expect some slight variance between each specimen, whether that be in shape, size or the occasional scratch. Despite this, these selenite pencils would make a great addition to any room, adding some flair and elegance.

Specimens of Orange Calcite, collected from Mexico. Orange calcite is a variation of the mineral calcite. The distinct colouration of these specimens is due to the prescence of haematite impurities. These specimens come in a heavy duty polythene bag with pieces of various sizes.

Specimens of Garnets in Biotite, collected from Agder, Norway. The garnets in these pieces are almandine garnets, which are the most popular and common variety. These specimens exhibit deep red garnet crystals within a matrix of black biotite mica. They are available in multiple sizes and come in a white card tray with an information label.
Estwing E6-22BLC is a moderately heavy geological hammer featuring a wider than usual flat breaking face for crushing material along with a wide chisel edge for cutting, chipping and prying material. Suitable for both hard and soft rock geology, the hammer is cast from a single piece of American steel and features the anti-shock grip with a blue colouration for easily visibility. The hammer offers a hefty weight giving excellent force per strike along with suitable control.

The Estwing E30 geological hammer is the companies classic design, it is made from a single piece of drop forged American steel with a leather bound handle. The head weighs 22 oz, (624 grams) and features a flat face with a pointed tip on the opposing side. This model is ideal for chipping, extracting and piercing rocks, sediments and minerals to remove or extract wanted material.

Specimens of Ironstone that have been collected from Breitung Mine, Marquette County, Negaunee, Michigan, USA. These specimens are a deep reddish brown in colour with some specimens exhibiting clear banding. Please note that banding is not visible on all pieces. These specimens are available in very limited supply with three sizes to choose from. They come supplied in a white card tray with information label.
Additionally we also have one large display piece available, measuring approximately 18cm x 15cm at its widest points. This display specimen exhibits a distinct botryoidal texture on its top surface, making it an intriguing and appealing specimen to add to any collection.
Specimens of Blue Calcite, collected from Mexico. Calcite is a common mineral with a variety of potential forms and colours, notable for its relatively low hardness of 3 on Mohs Scale. These specimens exhibit a pale blue – grey colour. They are available in multiple sizes and come in a white card tray with an information label.

Specimens of Chrome Diopside that were collected from the Gusdal Olivine Pit, Åheim, Norway. These samples are best described as chrome bearing diopside. Diopside, a vivid green pyroxene mineral, features streaks of grey chromite that creates a stunning mineral sample that would be the perfect addition to any collection. Whilst many samples of chrome diopside tend to be crystalline in nature, our samples are unique as the feature a grainier, more crumbly texture. These specimens are in limited availability, so we recommend you move fast if you wish to add these stunning specimens to your collection. Epidote is an abundant rock forming mineral that is most commonly green in colour. These specimens date from the Stenian period, approximetely 1 – 1.2 billion years ago. These specimens are available in limited supply, with two different size options. They come supplied in a white card tray with information label.
The Estwing E3-24BLC is a 24 ounce (680 gram) heavy geological hammer with a chisel edge head to cut, split or pry rocks or a flat face to break or crush material. Massive Biotite Mica specimens, collected from Arendal, Norway. These specimens depict a “massive” crystal structure, as opposed to the more commonly seen sheets. Like all biotite mica, these specimens are dark in colour, exhibiting a dark grey to black hue. Mica is one of the most common mineral groups, with biotite being the most abundant member. Biotite is very common in igneous and metamorphic rocks, with the dark minerals in granites, pegmatites and gneiss often being due in some part to the presence of this black mica. This massive biotite are available in limited supply so we recommend you move fast if you wish to add a piece to your collection. Supplied in a white card tray with information label.
