The Ruper 5008 hand lens offers impressive 20x magnification, coupled with a moderate 15mm diameter viewing area. This loupe incorporates doublet glass lenses with an achromatic design, effectively minimizing chromatic and spherical aberration or distortion. Comprising two lenses, the first piece of glass features a concave depression on one side, housing another piece of optical glass with a convex shape within the depression.
The body and lens housing consist of stainless steel with an unfinished texture, ensuring durability in rugged environments. The words ‘Achromatic’ and ’20x’ are printed on one side, and the accessory package includes a faux leather pouch.
