The GeKom Pro features an azimuth dial that spans from 0° to 360°, providing direction readings. Alongside, a measuring scale runs parallel to the instrument, facilitating precise measurements. To enhance accuracy, a vertical bubble level is thoughtfully incorporated. The hinge inclinometer, displaying inclinometer readings on the hinge joint, empowers users to swiftly obtain dip and strike measurements—a technique famously known as the ‘Dr. Clar method’.
Simplifying usability, the compass needle includes a locking device that secures it in place. This allows users to comfortably view directional readings even when adjusting the compass from awkward positions.
